Our company have a mature quality control department, 5 persons. They focus on different process.

1. Inspection raw material. When we buy raw material from our supplier, we will check it. If defect material over 0.3% we will refuse and ask supplier to resend.

2. In the production, we do full inspection. Inspect the product shell, light part, battery, adapter.

3. After production, we do full inspection, aging test, function test and waterproof test, usually will take 3 days.

4. Before sending goods out, we will check the package if it is sable and complete.

We have CE/ROHS/FCC/UL for all our led product, has GS/TUV/SAA/PSE for all adapter.

Quality is our company culture, raw material defect percent is controlled below 0.3%. And we keep all production defect is ZERO when ship they out off factory.
